Home loan document checklist

Buying a home is a once in a lifetime experience and you want the home loan process to be as smooth as possible. If you want your loan to be processed quickly and efficiently, do ensure that you have put together all the documents required for the home loan.

• Application form duly signed

  Fill the application form with correct, complete and up-to-date information with photograph, duly signed by all applicants

• Processing fee cheque

  Consolidated amount paid finally at the time of disbursal of the loan amount

• Property documents

  Sale agreement or deed of sale, Letter of allotment, NOC from builder/Society etc.

• Know your customer documents

  Proof of name, date of birth, address, signature and identity

• Income documents

  If salaried: salary slips, Form 16 and bank statement. If self-employed: income-tax returns with financial statements, bank statement
