Level 1

If you have a Query or a Request you may choose to speak to our call centre executive, visit our nearest branch or refer to our FAQs.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided by the contact center. You can write to us at the below link

Level 2

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided at Level 1 by our customer service team. You may write to our Grievance Redressal at below link

Level 3

If the complaint is not resolved at level 2 by Grievance Redressal team or has experienced a breached TAT (Turnaround Time) the same shall get escalated by default to Nodal officer. Further, in case the resolution provided by Grievance Redressal at Level 2 is not satisfactory, customer may forward the concern to the Nodal Officer at below mentioned addres
