Level 2If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided at Level 1 by our customer service team. You may write to our Grievance Redressal at below link
Level 3If the complaint is not resolved at level 2 by Grievance Redressal team or has experienced a breached TAT (Turnaround Time) the same shall get escalated to Nodal officer.
